These terms apply to mentorship sessions, track reviews and mix and master work booked through this site. Sample packs are sold on Bandcamp under Bandcamp's terms.

How a booking works

Sessions, packs, track reviews and fixed-price services are paid directly by payment link. After payment you get the intake form and the booking calendar. Sending a form is a request, not an order. The agreement is made when you pay.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros. No VAT is charged (TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI). Payment is made in advance by card or SEPA through Stripe. The 4 and 10-session packs can also be paid in 2 or 3 monthly SEPA direct debits through GoCardless : the first debit is taken before the first session, and booking pauses if a debit fails. An invoice is sent by email with every payment.

Rescheduling and cancellation

You can move a session for free up to 24 hours before it starts, through the booking link or by email. A session cancelled later, or missed without notice, counts as held. Once per pack, a session missed for illness or an emergency can be moved.

Sessions are valid from the day you pay : a single session for 2 months, the 4-session pack for 4 months, the 10-session pack for 6 months. Sessions not booked within that time expire.

Single session credit : if you buy a 4-session or 10-session pack within 14 days of a single session you held, the €95 of that session is deducted from the pack price. Ask for it at gannein.mentoring@nienn.eu before you pay the pack. The credit applies once per person and cannot be paid out.

If Gannein has to cancel, you choose a new date or a refund of that session.

Your music

You keep all rights to the music you send. It is used only for your sessions, reviews or masters and is not shared, published or used to train anything. Session recordings are for your personal use.

Session recordings

Sessions are recorded for teaching. The recording is sent to you and kept for 1 month, then deleted.

Right of withdrawal

If you book as a consumer, you can withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The period runs for 14 days from the day the agreement is made. To use this right, tell Gannein at gannein.mentoring@nienn.eu in a clear statement, for example by email. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to. Sending your withdrawal before the period ends is enough.

If you withdraw, all payments you made are refunded without delay and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal is received, using the same means of payment, at no cost to you. If you asked for the service to start during the withdrawal period, you pay an amount in proportion to what was already provided when you withdrew.

The right of withdrawal ends early once the service has been fully provided, if you asked for it to start before the 14 days were over and confirmed that you knew you would lose the right once it was complete.

Waiver at checkout

Sessions, reviews and masters start within 14 days. At checkout you tick a required box to confirm that the service starts before the withdrawal period ends and that you waive your right of withdrawal.
