Online. Payment by card or SEPA through Stripe, in advance. After payment you get the intake form and the booking calendar. Packs can also be paid monthly by SEPA direct debit through GoCardless. Paying in instalments means you accept the terms, including the waiver of withdrawal. Prices in euros. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B du CGI.

- What gear do I need?
- A computer that runs Ableton Live, good headphones or monitors and a stable connection. Muse is free for you : he hosts the session and sends the invite.
- What level do I need?
- None in particular. Sessions start from your own project, wherever it stands.
- I am a beginner. Is it for me?
- Yes. Bring a loop, a sketch or an empty project. He starts from what you have and builds the method with you.
- How long is a session?
- 60 minutes. Take one, four or ten. A 4-pack runs for 4 months, a 10-pack for 6 months. Six spots open each month.
- Which timezone?
- He works on Berlin time, with slots from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 18:00 to 20:00. The booking calendar shows them in your own timezone. Book at least 48 hours ahead, up to 30 days out.
- French or English?
- Both. Tell him which when you book.
- Do I need to send files?
- Not for live sessions : you work in your own project and it never leaves your computer. For a track review, send a link to the track. For mix and master, send the stems by link.
- How does a live session work?
- You install the Muse plugin in Ableton and join from his invite. He hears your master in full quality and sees your screen. When a fix is faster to show, you give him control of your project for a moment.
- Do you use presets?
- Presets are fine as a starting point. Sessions show you what they do, so you can shape them or build your own sound.
- How does the recording work?
- Every session is recorded. He sends you the recording after the session, yours to keep for your own use. His copy is deleted after one month.
- What if I cancel?
- Move a session for free up to 24 hours before. Later, or missed, it counts as held. Once per pack, an illness or an emergency can be moved at any time. If he cancels, you choose a new date or a refund.
- What is the refund policy?
- You can withdraw within 14 days of booking. At checkout you confirm that the service may start before that and that the right ends once it is provided. Sessions already held are not refunded. Unbooked sessions expire with the pack. Full rules in the terms.
- Can I pay in instalments?
- Yes. The 4-pack in 2 × €175, the 10-pack in 3 × €250, by SEPA direct debit through GoCardless. The first debit comes before the first session. The links sit under each pack.
- How do I pay?
- By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or SEPA through Stripe, in advance. Pick a pack above and pay. The invoice comes by email, then the intake form and the booking calendar.
- Is there a free intro call?
- No. Your first session is the call, paid, and you leave with work done. Take a pack within 14 days of it and the €95 comes off the pack price : write to him and he sends you the adjusted link. Or start smaller with a track review at €29.
