Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., San Francisco, USA, on its servers nearest to you. When you open a page, the host processes your IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser details in server logs, to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data sent to the USA is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in Cloudflare's data processing addendum. Cloudflare keeps these logs for a short period under its own policy.
Forms
The booking, mentorship and mix and master forms send what you type (name, email, and the details you choose to give, such as a date, a city or a link to your track) to a script on the host, which sends them by email to the address above that matches your request. The host does not store them. They are used only to answer your request and, if you go ahead, to prepare and carry out the agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). They are deleted 12 months after the last exchange unless tax law requires longer storage.
Letters
If you subscribe, your email address and the letters you picked are stored to send you those letters, with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time from any letter or by writing to the address above.
Payments
Mentorship, reviews and mix and master are paid through Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Dublin, Ireland. Stripe processes your payment details under its own privacy policy.
Your browser
If you choose a language, the site remembers it in your browser's local storage (key gn-lang). Nothing is sent anywhere, and you can clear it at any time. Fonts are served from this site; no request goes to Google or another font service.
Links to other sites
Links to Spotify, SoundCloud, Bandcamp, YouTube, Instagram, Resident Advisor and other sites open those sites in a new tab. Nothing is loaded from them until you click, and their own privacy policies apply from then on.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, a restriction of its use, or a copy to take elsewhere, and you can object to its use or withdraw consent (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can also complain to a data protection authority, in France the CNIL (cnil.fr).
